All students? freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors? must face the dreaded SAT

For 9th and 10th graders

At least time is on their side. Nevertheless, here’s a secret about the SAT that all students
should know about: it’s mostly about reading, Reading, and more READING. It does not
depend on what you read, as long as you are reading something. Reading will help you in
all endeavors of high school academics and not just on the SAT.
9th and 10th graders are encouraged to become acquainted with active and focused reading
sooner than later. Luckily, SOS offers a plethora of novels that will suit any reading style or
preference. This is just step one in SAT preparation. The test may seem way down the road
but it’s actually just around the corner. Preparation will be the key to success.
Another feature that will assist students are the practice tests and questions.
We offer practice tests that simulate the actual test-taking environment and maintain a log
of the student’s time and performance, though we recommend that a student practice these
questions at his/her own pace: remember, time is still on their side.

For 11th graders

The SAT is a pivotal point in their high school career - it can determine whether or not they
get into their school of choice. There’s no reason to stress out, as long as they have been
practicing for the SAT since their freshman year, and even if that’s not the case, there’s no
reason to worry. We offer a vast collection of problems and exercises that will enhance a
student’s ability to build the core skills required to achieve a high score.
The key is repetition - to practice questions over and over again. We fully encourage
students to spend an hour or more solving the problems accompanied by comprehensive
lessons. It might be crunch time for students, but that doesn’t mean everything must be
completed in one day. Students are encouraged to take their time.

For 12th graders

This might be the last shot, a chance to prove to everyone that failure is not an option.
The strength, drive, and courage to succeed will override any doubts. One month, a few
weeks ? time is probably not on your side. Nevertheless, our test-simulations will help you
practice in an actual test environment before the test. The only thing missing will be the
periodic coughing sounds.
The simulation tests mimic the actual test with an in-test timer, alternating sections,
and up-to-date questions. We recommend that students complete as many practice tests as
possible. Just don’t forget a number two pencil!
